Events

We are called to follow Jesus, in how He lived and how He loved.

It can be hard to find time to serve in the busyness of every day life. This is why we have chosen to use the natural slowing down of summer to  focus on our Love Lagan Valley initiative. Through events organised by our Compassion ministries, our church family will spend the entire month of July serving our community.

We have so many different volunteering options for you to choose from. We value family and personal time, so we’ve made it easy for you to choose a time slot that works for your schedule. This can be changed at a moment’s notice in case something comes up! You do not need to have any specific abilities or skills to take part in these visits. There is something for everyone of every age to do! Why not sign up with your family? A group of close friends? If you’ve been involved in a Huddle this past year, why not reach out to them and see if they would be willing to join you? 

At the end of the month, we will be celebrating this outpouring as a church family outside in our Church Day Out event. More details will follow soon!
