Vineyard Leadership Essentials Course

Whether you have been leading for a while or you’re new to leadership, the Vineyard Leadership Essentials course is designed to equip leaders with the relevant knowledge, skills, and attitudes to stay healthy, resilient, and dynamic for the long haul. The course is best suited for those who are already leading in some capacity either in church, at work, or in a voluntary capacity.
We will cover topics on:
- Vision and Calling
- Spiritual and Emotional Capacity
- Leadership and Multiplication
- Culture engagement
The course format will feature a video teaching with a group discussion to follow. We’re starting on Tuesday 8th September and running through to the 1st December (with a half-term break) on Tuesday evenings from 6:30PM to 9PM. You must be 18+ to attend this course.
