Fairpoint Farm – A Church Community Event

Join Tudor and Lucy on their smallholding, Fairport Farm, and experience the vision they have for their land!
You are invited to explore how church family can bring life to others through the benefits of a farm.
Lucy and Tudor have shared part of their story with us: “In 2020 we moved to the countryside outside Ballynahinch. Our aim was to find a place that we could share with others, to provide respite, community and peace, as well as the physical and mental benefits of working the land and animals. There is something very rewarding about tending to and caring for this earth that we inhabit. This vision is in its infancy but we have been bowled over by the beauty of this place and are keen to share the blessing. By inviting our church family in on this venture we dream of a shared space that benefit so many people including LVV Compassion.”

Helping to feed the goats, chickens, pigs and horses.
Throwing a ball for the dog and making a friend for life.
Taking a walk through the woodland and fields.
Weeding and planting in the veggy patch.
Drinking tea and enjoying the peace.
