Would you like some relaxed time to look at how you and your family can feel stronger? An opportunity for Parents to explore and reflect on how best to be their children’s ‘anchor’, as they navigate the challenges of life.

This short morning workshop will support Parents to more fully appreciate the need for good self-care in order to sustain themselves, as well as value their own worth and strengths, which in turn, will enable their children to flourish and thrive. The workshops will be made up of some direct input from Marie, but this work is all about connection, so there will be space and time for plenty of honest and compassionate conversations!’
