DESCRIPTION:‘O that rugged cross…’\nJoin us this Good Friday\, as we remember the sacrifice of Jesus\, our Lord of love. Through worship\, communion\, and reflection\, we are going to gather around the cross\, the centre point of our story. As we celebrate the wonder of the cross we will create space to be upheld by its power and undone by its grace. This poignant service will be made up of silence\, story\, and song as we gather around the table together. \n \nAs well as gathering at the venue\, we will also be livestreaming this service. If you can’t make it to gather with us in person\, you and your family can join in from your home. All you will need is a candle\, bread\, and wine or juice to participate.

SUMMARY:Ash Wednesday Gathering
DESCRIPTION:We would love to invite you along to our Ash Wednesday Gathering. \nOn the morning of the 14th February\, we will come together as a Church for a short service that invites us to confront our frailty and confess our dependency upon our Saviour. \nThrough worship\, prayer\, reflection\, and the opportunity to be marked with ashes on our foreheads\, we shall enter into the season of Lent together as a community. Ash Wednesday helps us recognise our limits and creates space for us to repent of our failures\, as we celebrate that neither death or sin has the final word\, for Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life. \nDoors will open at 7:15AM for silent reflection. \nThe service will begin at 7:30AM and will draw to a soft close shortly after 8AM. Towards the end of the gathering\, prayer ministry will be available to all who want to receive it\, as well as space for reflection.

DESCRIPTION:This Christmas\, we are proud to be opening our Venue to share a warm Christmas Day meal with those in our local area who find themselves alone this holiday season.  \nChef Suzie Lee (winner of BBC’s Best Home Cook 2020 and presenter of Suzie Lee’s Home Cook Hero on BBC NI) will be preparing a lovely homemade soup and a choice of a filled turkey roll or a plate of roast dinner. This lunch will be very relaxed to encourage connection and community. DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, 21 April we are having a meal. This is a follow on meal from the thanksgiving meal we had in March 2023 where we shared food\, gave thanks with grateful hearts for our new friends\, homes\, safety\, family\, and community. We want to feel grateful for each other and grateful to God for His kindness and care we are experiencing in new friendships here.  \nAll Nations is a meal for anyone who has moved to the Lagan Valley area from another nation including Ukraine\, Syria\, Africa\, the Philippines – every nation is welcome!  \nThere will be a table of shared food and shared conversation. A warm welcome and place to feel at home. If you like to cook or share food\, please bring a dish with you. If you like to eat\, then just come to eat and enjoy with new friends. \nThis meal is free.
