DESCRIPTION: \n\nBack in 2018 we began to gather annually as Irish Vineyard Churches to be together as family\, to worship\, pray and be in the Spirit’s presence and dream about the future.  It quickly became a weekend not to be missed\, full of encounters with God\, inspiration\, and training for leaders from Vineyard Churches on this island. Each time we have come together to celebrate the incredible legacy we have as Vineyard Churches on the island of Ireland\, God has met with us powerfully. \nWe are thrilled to announce that David & Lissie MacGregor (National Directors of Vineyard New Zealand and Pastors of Grace Vineyard Church in New Zealand) will be joining us this October. So please do mark your calendars for 11-12 October\, and spread the word to your leaders. It will be held in Lagan Valley Vineyard\, Unit 1C\, Altona Business Park\,\, Altona Rd\, Lisburn\, BT27 5QB . We will start on Friday evening at 7.30pm and run all day Saturday 12 October 2024. \nIn response to some feedback on previous years we have decided to incorporate our evening session at the end of the seminars and to close Legacy 2024 at around 7.00 pm.   This allows those who have to travel longer distances the ability to get home ahead of their Sunday Services. DESCRIPTION:“Be still and know that He is God.”\nPsalm 46:10 \nWe are creating space for an hour of Centering Prayer in the Church Venue. \nCentering Prayer is a silent form of prayer that prepares us to experience the presence and action of God. DESCRIPTION:We’re going to Albania! We’re thrilled to be sending our first ever LVV Youth Missions Team on an Overseas Mission to Albania this Summer and we’d love to invite you to our Team Fundraiser! \n\n \n\n\n\nOn Friday 12th April at 7PM\, we’re hosting a family-friendly\, interactive Quiz Night. Tables will have 10 seats each\, so be sure to gather your wisest\, most competitive friends! There will also be space for our young people to share some of what we’ll be getting up to in Albania and we’ll be giving away some extra prizes through a raffle. DESCRIPTION:‘O that rugged cross…’\nJoin us this Good Friday\, as we remember the sacrifice of Jesus\, our Lord of love. Through worship\, communion\, and reflection\, we are going to gather around the cross\, the centre point of our story. As we celebrate the wonder of the cross we will create space to be upheld by its power and undone by its grace. This poignant service will be made up of silence\, story\, and song as we gather around the table together. \n \nAs well as gathering at the venue\, we will also be livestreaming this service. If you can’t make it to gather with us in person\, you and your family can join in from your home. All you will need is a candle\, bread\, and wine or juice to participate.

SUMMARY:Ash Wednesday Gathering
DESCRIPTION:We would love to invite you along to our Ash Wednesday Gathering. \nOn the morning of the 14th February\, we will come together as a Church for a short service that invites us to confront our frailty and confess our dependency upon our Saviour. \nThrough worship\, prayer\, reflection\, and the opportunity to be marked with ashes on our foreheads\, we shall enter into the season of Lent together as a community. Ash Wednesday helps us recognise our limits and creates space for us to repent of our failures\, as we celebrate that neither death or sin has the final word\, for Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life. \nDoors will open at 7:15AM for silent reflection. \nThe service will begin at 7:30AM and will draw to a soft close shortly after 8AM. Towards the end of the gathering\, prayer ministry will be available to all who want to receive it\, as well as space for reflection.

DESCRIPTION:This Christmas\, we are proud to be opening our Venue to share a warm Christmas Day meal with those in our local area who find themselves alone this holiday season.  \nChef Suzie Lee (winner of BBC’s Best Home Cook 2020 and presenter of Suzie Lee’s Home Cook Hero on BBC NI) will be preparing a lovely homemade soup and a choice of a filled turkey roll or a plate of roast dinner. This lunch will be very relaxed to encourage connection and community.
