Each person must have their name signed in here for their seat on the bus.  \nYour Car: You can bring your car – there is a carpark at Crawfordsburn BT19 1JT\nFollowing the A2 from Belfast to Bangor\, Crawfordsburn Country Park is signposted from the Junction at Ballyrobert. \nTrain: You can get the train to Helen’s Bay and there is a beautiful easy pathway walk from Helen’s Bay Train Station to Crawfordsburn (approx 20 minutes) You buy your train ticket \nWe will provide snacks\, water\, and beach games. You may want to bring beach items like a hat\, sun cream\, towel or blanket\, and specific food or drink.\nDo not worry if you do not have anything to bring. We will have many things to share with you and with each other. \n \nOn-Site there will be: \nCar-Park\nPicnic Area\nTearoom/Cafe \nToilets – Toilets in both the Visitor Centre and in the park\n2 beaches and 3km of country walks\nTrees and woodland for shade and peace\nA group meeting place to gather\, sit\, or provide assistance. \nPlease make sure to sign up HERE\n \nBus seats are limited to 50. Each person MUST be named and sign up here to get a place on the bus. If you or your child’s name is not signed up here\, they cannot get on the bus. Once the bus is full\, you can meet us at the train station to travel by train. If you have your own car\, please try to use your car and allow those with no car to use our bus seats to travel. DESCRIPTION:Fairport Farm provides nature-based activities in a place of peace and rest\, while improving people’s lives!\nLVV loved our recent visit to Fairport Farm. It’s hard to put into words what a visit to Fairport Farm is like – from holding the newborn pigmy goats in our arms\, hunting for chicken eggs\, and following a hidden path along a delightful stream lined glen… You just have to go and experience it for yourself! \nBelow is a list of open days at Fairport Farm set aside for people to go and join in the life of the farm. Come and help out with the veggie patch\, polytunnel\, animals\, or just take yourself off for a walk and enjoy the country air. \nSat 12th August – 09:00-13:00 – Farm morning and tea\nSat 19th August – Community BBQ (time to be confirmed) \nIf you’re planning to attend one of these days\, let Fairport know when to expect you. Community Event. \nAs another school year comes to an end\, parents will already be thinking about clearing out school uniform and thinking ahead to how they are going to afford to get their kids kitted out for the new term in September!  \nA unique one off pop up event initiated by SUB Lisburn. \nParents can swap school uniform for the next size up and then donate any not needed uniform to the School Uniform bank SUB Lisburn. \n \nOpen to anyone\, not just LVV church\, this pop up event will let everyone save and reuse and repurpose hundreds of items of school uniform from any local school\, nursery\, primary or secondary!\n \nDoors open to community at 10am.\n \n \nIncludes Special event stands by others so you can buy or swap new or preloved school bags\, stationary or others school items! DESCRIPTION:Back in the 19th Century\, a great preacher who taught thousands to know Jesus said that whenever someone would come to visit his church and view the impressive meeting space\, he instead offered to show them the ‘boiler room’. Boiler rooms were that hot\, dirty place hidden out of sight that powered the entire space. No one was interested in seeing it. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYet\, as they were directed to the basement\, they entered a room\, where over 100 people were praying. “This\,” said the preacher\, “is the boiler room.” \nBehind this grand church was this small space where a ministry that reached thousands\, a church that thrived\, and a foundation of prayer grew. A ministry that prevailed\, upheld\, and contended for more. DESCRIPTION:CAP Money is a free course that will teach you budgeting skills and a simple\, cash-based system that works. In just a few weeks\, you will get to grips with your finances so you can budget\, save\, and prevent debt! This course will be taking place at the Hillhall Youth Centre in Lisburn.\nThis is happening over three Thursday nights in-person:  20\, 27 April and 4 May. \nThe course will be led by Davey and Heather Morrow and some friends from Lagan Valley Vineyard Church. It is in partnership with local churches and the community. We would love you to join us! \nAttending all three nights gives you the free full course\, a booklet\, and all online resources. This is all free and given to you at the start of your course. We can give you support by phone as you need and even provide tech if you need it. You will never be asked to disclose or share anything about your finances. Your financial history remains personal and private. We simply share with you the tools you can use for yourself! \nSign Up HERE\n  \nIs the CAP Money Course for me?\nWhether you feel pretty organised or like it’s a lucky dip every time you try to withdraw cash from your account\, the CAP Money Course will help you take complete control of your finances. There are extra resources for those on low incomes\, self-employed people\, couples\, families\, and those preparing for retirement. Whoever you are\, the CAP Money Course will be relevant to you! \nWhat should I expect?\nThe CAP Money Course is run by churches that partner with Christians Against Poverty. The course will run over three evenings. Some are run from the church building\, but might also take place in cafes or other public settings. The number of people attending can range from two to 20.  \nIs CAP just for Christians?\nNo! CAP will help anyone regardless of their religious beliefs. We monitor our services to ensure that everybody receives the same caring service regardless of race\, nationality\, religion\, age\, gender\, marital status\, sexual orientation\, or disability. \nDoes it cost anything?\nNo. This course is completely free – CAP is a charity and receives donations from churches and individuals who want to help people. \nSign up here for this event and we will contact you with more information!
