Compassion Garden Support26th Sep | 11:00 am
We have been invited by our local health trust and housing executive to provide garden support for individuals in need.
Gardens that grow tall can cause anxiety for someone not able to do it themselves and we want to turn anxiety into peace and help. A Garden can be a place to relax, enjoy, heal and recover.
Would you join us in a garden near you and turn anxiety into peace for one person this month?
In signing up to Compassion’s Garden Support you will be part of a team. Leaders on the day will be Stephen Mairs and Yvette Wilkinson.
We have 5 small front gardens to help – Moira, Lisburn and Seymour Hill.
No experience is needed to take part – all tasks will be small including pulling weeds, cutting grass or shrubs and general tidying with no heavy lifting.
